Are you a passionate Kitchen Sales Designer, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Guilford working as part of their Sales and Design team.

This is an exciting Sales and Design focused position ensuring high levels of customer care and support throughout the sales, design and project process.

As Kitchen Sales Designer you will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, including taking initial brief, designing beautiful bespoke kitchens and managing the project through to completion and aftercare.
The business is a well established, high end Kitchen Design Studio who offer impeccable customer service.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Kitchen Sales Designer:

- **
- Meeting with potential new customers and clients, either in the showroom or on site
- Managing your own diary and workload
- Designing kitchens to client specification using ArtiCAD.
- Working to client briefs, keeping to budget and deadlines set.
- Manage Client expectations.
- Generating new business and identifying new business leads
- Managing client installation projects
- Ensuring the showroom is kept clean, tidy and up to date with lates design trends
- Liaising with installers and managing deadline on site.
- Book and attend site pre-fits.

**Person specification:

- **
- Previous experience within a Kitchen Sales Design is beneficial.
- Sales AND Design focus with the ability to jump between the two.
- Organisational skill, ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Self motivated, self starter and able to take initiative.
- Strong time management skills. Able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple diaries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**This is a full time permanent Kitchen Sales Designer position.**
Hours are, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday work depending on rota and client needs.
Flexibility of 1 day working from home per week. (depending on client needs).

Salary on offer is basic of £24,000 per annum + uncapped on target earnings (OTE).
