**Accounts Administrator**

I am looking for a suitably experienced Accounts Administrator to work within a Doncaster based business who are rapidly expanding. Due to internal progression, they are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to predominantly manage the purchase ledger functionof the business. This Accounts Administrator will ideally have experience within accounts, have a keen eye for detail and excellent numerical data entry skills. The Accounts Administrator will work on Sage 50 and MS Excel on a daily basis and will liaise withother people within the company.

The Accounts Administrator will:

- Match invoices to purchase order
- Code invoices
- Enter the purchase invoices onto Sage 50
- Request credit notes
- Reconcile statements
- Process staff claims
- Send out remittances
- Cover within other areas of the accounts team

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous/current accounts experience to work as Accounts Administrator, or for someone who has excellent attention to detail, has a proactive work approach and a want to learn and develop within accounts.
- Experience working within an accounts department
- Excellent alphanumerical data entry skills
- A good understanding of MS Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
- A positive can-do attitude

The Accounts Administrator offers the following:

- Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
- 23 days holiday + stats (to increase to 25)
- Monday to Friday hours 37.5 per week
