Deployment Coordinator

Working alongside our inspirational, hardworking yet always fun Deployment team, you will learn all there is to know about the world of telecoms. The purpose of the role is to coordinate projects for our phenomenal team of engineers. This includes scheduling work, risk management along with project management related duties, such as maintaining project documentation and handling project spend queries.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Assign tasks to teams and assist with schedule management.
- Analysis of risks and opportunities..
- Oversee procurement management, raising of PO’s and allocation of client spend
- Monitor deployment progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants internally
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test

**Your skills and expertise**:

- Organised, tenacious and driven to get things done.
- Flexible and agile with a can-do attitude.
- Proven work experience as a Project coordinator, scheduler or resource planner or similar role
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Strong teamwork skills
- Know your way around Microsoft products
