At Curve, we believe in better - in a new model for insights and analytics consulting. As a start-up, we can move faster than most companies and do things differently. We have experienced rapid growth so far - expanding our team from 3 to 40 people in the last 18 months and we are now looking for a Consultant (Insights & Analytics) to join our growing team.

**About the role**:
As a Consultant in our team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering strategic insights to clients, driving analytics programmes and be integral to shaping the future of brands we work with.

You’ll be working with one of our global clients based in London where you will interface with multiple business functions, support the delivery of workstreams and be hands-on in delivering analysis too. You should be a confident communicator, be passionate about the power of digital data, and have an innovative and creative mindset.

Back at base you’ll also play a key part in shaping the future of a fast-growing start-up.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working as part of a cross-functional team to design, develop and deliver analytics solutions and insights briefs
- Learning about digital data sources (e.g. Search, Social, Online Media, Reviews, Web, App, etc.) and how these can be collected, analysed and applied to answer business questions and solve clients’ biggest challenges
- Working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to understand and gather requirements (to inform analytical solutions and scope insights projects)
- Following a structured approach to analysing data in order to uncover stories, themes and insights
- Delivering insights and recommendations using relevant visualisation and compelling storytelling
- Learning how to plan, scope and manage the delivery of new work, with support from more senior colleagues

**What we’re looking for**:

- Commitment to delivering outstanding work
- Innate curiosity - keen to explore new topics and develop their knowledge
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of project delivery
- Experience in a consulting environment and/or the research and insights industry is a plus
- Experience utilising digital data tools (e.g., social listening tools, search keyword tools, web traffic tools, etc.) is a bonus

**Interview Process**
- 30 minute video interview with the People & Operations Manager or People & Operations Associate
- Case Study activity
- 45 minute video interview with one of the Directors
- Final video interview with one of the Managing Directors

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
