The Niche Partnership are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a company based in Fareham whose sole purpose is to better the community. In the role you will be responsible for supporting a qualified Management Accountant with the preparation of insightful reports, balance sheet reconciliations as well as budgeting andforecasts activities (to name a few)
**Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Supporting the Management Accountant with preparation of KPI reporting
- Variety of reconciliation including balance sheet
- Analysis of the general ledger
- Accruals / Prepayments
- Assisting with the Profit & Loss
- Supporting with the budget forecasts

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Worked in one of following roles: Assistant Management Accountant / Assistant Financial Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant
- IT literate
- A genuine willingness to learn and progress
