Sales and Marketing Manager

A highly successful and dynamic marketing company with 13 years trading experience, are looking for a highly organised person with bucket loads of ambition to join their marketing team.
You'll have strong communication skills and be able to juggle a demanding workload with ease, passionate about social media and a creative thinker.
Working alongside the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for helping them with the management of the existing teams output, as well as taking the lead in the client relationships with our considerable number of social media and general marketing clients.
This is a hands on role and the successful applicant will also need to have superb social media skills and knowledge to not only assist the team but also manage a number of accounts for clients.
The role will involve working closely with clients on a regular basis and with the team to make sure that everything is delivered on time and effectively.
Whilst the company already has a large number of existing clients we would also envisage this individual getting involved in supporting the Marketing Director in finding new business.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- 5 Years Marketing knowledge and Social Media experience -you will have at least 5 years experience in marketing and social media advertising for businesses
- Strong organisational skills - you'll be managing multiple accounts at one time and need to make sure that yours and the teams work is accurate and delivered on time
- Great communication and relationship building skills - you'll be the first port of call for clients so a cheery disposition and a great attitude are key
- Creative Flair - you will have strong graphics experience and be able to write engaging copy
- Passion - you will go the extra mile for your clients and have plenty of GAS Factor (i.e you'll really must 'Give A S**' about your work, our clients and the colleagues that you'll work with)
You will be working from our office in Albrighton, Wolverhampton for 4 days per week with 1 day per week working from home.
