As an Aftersales Coordinator you will be part of a team supporting clients by offering spares, service and supervision services as well supporting bids for revamp projects and studies.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Collation and presentation of certification to the quality team to ensure parts can be shipped
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, freight forwarders and the internal shipping teams to ensure items shipped
- Support sales team to arrange visas and travel for the Sales and Process departments
- Support in the sales of spares, checking of estimates and preparing shipping documentation
- Attend sales and service meeting to communicate and participate to ensure accurate updates are given on spares/supervision orders highlighting any risks or concerns
- Ensure finance team have all relevant information in order to invoice easily and in a timely manner
- Review supplier invoices to ensure accurate
- Review work processes making suggestions for improvement where possible
- Supporting the sales and logistics team where necessary with admin tasks
