Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a full time, Repairs Administrator for a Housing Association within the West Yorkshire. This role will be on a fixed contract providing a high quality and effective customer response service to tenantsand prospective tenants.
**Responsibilities for Repairs Administrator**:
- Be a primary contact in diagnosing, ordering, and day to day interactions with tenants and contractors for property repairs
- Act as a repair's administrator/coordinator by liaising with contractors and schedule repairs appointments
- Assist team manager to ensure effective administration of systems for repairs, complaints, aids and adaptions, anti-social behaviour, tenant's satisfaction
- Support with rent enquiry; letting advise etc.
**Essential Experience for Repairs Adminsitrator**:
- Knowledge of the maintenance functions within the housing sector
- Ideally minimum of 2 years' experience in call centre ideally within the housing sector
- Experience in diagnosis repairs and dealing with general housing related enquires (desire)
- Full UK driving licence
