We currently have vacancies in the Ellesmere Port and Winsford Offices, you can choose whichever office is the easiest for you to commute to. The teams are highly focussed on providing high-quality therapeutic advice and support to their children and youngpeople. You'll have plenty of support in creating plans and gain experience around Mental Health as it's a high priority for this local authority. A consultation service for children and young people who don't meet CAMHs requirements has also been commissionedin an effort to bridge any gaps and ensure support is provided to children and young people in need.

The permanence teams have reports of high staff morale with some agency workers staying for over 3 years and permanent staff having been there for over 10 years.

With a team manager and senior practitioner for every team to provide regular supervisions, as well as peer and reflective practice, the authority will ensure your career development is on track

The contract will be ongoing which will provide stability and managers are extremely supportive when it comes to your work-life balance, allowing you to manage your diary around your home life (school runs, appointments, etc.), and only expecting you inthe office 2 days per week.
