**About the role**
The Amigos support those with mental ill-health who may want or need additional support to engage with activities and the community. These individuals may have become isolated or may lack confidence to start a new activity on their own.
The Buddying Coordinator’s role is to support, train and match volunteers (Amigos) with the client based on their needs, interests and location and to support them via regular touch points to ensure the partnership is working and headed toward the eventual goal.
