The Finance directorate is here to deliver an effective customer focused service, ensuring support is provided to all areas of the Charity. As a Finance directorate, we establish relationships and engage with a variety of stakeholders across Operations, External Affairs, Corporate Services and Mental Health UK.

We work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and develop fiscal management, compliance and reporting systems that support the delivery of the Charity’s strategic plans and statutory requirements.

**How you will make a difference**

The Finance Business Partner role is pivotal to ensuring that financial information is interpreted and understood by budget holders and key stakeholders. The role is focused on strengthening the relationship between the finance team and the rest of the Charity working in a pure business partnering approach.
