This company is looking for an experienced Web Analyst with experience in CRO to work with global businesses predominately in the Financial and Professional Services. This opportunity is calling for those who want to develop their analytical skillset andthose who want to test their knowledge in different markets, such as the APAC and EMEA regions.

**THE COMPANY**

The company is a service digital agency specialising in the Financial and Professional Services industry, with 50% of the work would be with one globally renowned brand. The company is rapidly growing, and despite it being a small team at the moment, theyare looking to build out the digital teams to deliver real ROI for their clients.

**THE ROLE**

As an Analytics Optimisation Consultant, you will be:

- Working closely with clients by ensuring that you are preparing and presenting insights effectively and concisely.
- Managing the end-to-end optimisation process, by providing insights, pre-test ideation and post test analysis.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong commercial experience within Web Analytics, particular importance on Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics experience.
- An effective storyteller of complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with A/B testing from implementation to road mapping, using Adobe Analytics.
