**Role Overview**: As the Interim Head of Project Management, you will spearhead our Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the implementation of robust processes and methodologies to effectively deliver Trust-wide projects. Your role will involve strategic coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are completed within the designated time frame and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop the PMO, implementing robust processes and methodologies.
- Provide strategic coordination and prioritization of corporate projects.
- Monitor, govern, and evaluate all projects, providing assurance to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee projects from approval through to handover and closure.
- Address challenges associated with project delivery through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and mitigate exceptions and risks to maintain project momentum.
- Uphold high standards of leadership, governance, and assurance.
- Establish and maintain structures to support effective project delivery.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external stakeholders for benchmarking and continuous improvement.
- Navigate conflicting demands and tensions among stakeholders with varying priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in project management leadership roles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Previous experience in interim or temporary roles is advantageous.
