**Job Purpose**:

? Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
? Working with a team of trainers on a project supporting newly unemployed individuals who have been effective due to Covid-19.
? Efficient in time management and demonstrate effective planning and organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed in time.
? Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industryspecific knowledge and skills.

? Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.
**Key Responsibilities

? Designing and delivering accredited Employability and Customer Service courses
? Have a flexible approach to learning and adjust style of delivery to have minimum 90% engagement rate with learners.
? Be commercially aware and understand contractual requirements and be willing to adjust delivery to ensure requirements are being met.
? Create awareness amongst the participants about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
? Provide participants with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
? Provide support to the participants to enable them to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.

? Teach and assess Employability and Customer Service skills via online video link.
? Be proficient in basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Office.
? Establish and maintain a rapport with learners and customise your teaching approach as appropriate.
? Maintain a high level of communication with learners to maximise retention.
? Invigilate functional skills exams and other assessment activities.
? To support and provide administrative support when required.
? Ability to carry out the duties of the job with reasonable adjustments when necessary.
? Ability to seek out solutions to problems.
? Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
? High level of initiative and motivation
