**A fantastic role for an established Supply Chain Administrator who is available to start immediately for a 3 month temporary opportunity.....could be extended**

**Mon-Fri**

**8.30am-5pm**

**Immediate Start**

**£12 per hour**
- **The day to day duties**:_
- General Administration tasks to support the team
- Creating and issuing weekly material pick lists for the warehouse team
- Raising and amending works orders based on the MPS
- Printing daily plans and works orders
- Use Sage 1000 to raise Purchase Orders with relevant suppliers
- Raise call-off orders for relevant suppliers
- Chase outstanding deliveries/bookings, and ensure that delivery dates in Sage
- Check for Material Shortfalls and expedite deliveries where necessary
- Generate supplier forecasts for key suppliers, and send on a weekly basis
- Resolve Purchase Order price queries, Invoice queries and Warehouse queries
- Attend meetings as required
- Scan & file Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes
