**JOB TITLE**:Financial Assistant - 6 Month FTC

**LOCATION**:Crawley, West Sussex

**HOURS**:Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**SALARY**:£22,000 p/a

Office Angels are working alongside the Hiring Manger for a Financial Assistant who will support the Finance Team with their daily responsibilities and work closely with them on reconciling all bank accounts and helping in their process delivery.

**About your new role**:

- Daily bank reconciliations
- Monthly and daily diary preparation and inputs
- Keeping up to date with monthly sheet and income statement reconciliations
- Banking inputs
- Deal with any adhoc duties from other Finance departments within the company
- To undertake adhoc duties as agreed with the Senior Finance Technician

**About you**:

- **Experience working in a financial role**:

- Understanding of general and subledger systems and accounting principles
- Able to work under own initiative
- A strong team player
- Numerate, analytical with incredible attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel

**Desireable not essential**:

- **Have or working towards AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent**
