**The Role**

In addition, you will be:

- Providing support and assistance to the Senior CRM Managers and CRM Managers with the implementation and planning of CRM activity.
- Responsible for proofing and approving designated CRM campaigns, ensuring that all copy and artwork are accurate.
- First point of contact for store partners and managers in implementing store changes, such as director changes and store relocations.
- Working with Customer Care team to respond to customer queries / requests for removal from communications where applicable.
- Preparing reports for Partner visits and the wider marketing team.
- Responsible for purchase order requests and processing of invoices with the relevant finance teams.
- Monitoring forum boards for any CRM queries and liaising with relevant manager to respond
- Creating open communication channels with stakeholders to inform and update and build trust and respect by creating strong relationships.

**The Experience**

**CRM experience is not essential, however you must have**:

- Strong customer service and/or administration skills
- Strong team player and able to work with remote teams
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to confidently build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Adopts a flexible/can do approach to work and is highly resilient and results focused
- Computer literate (including Office 365 packages), financially astute and analytically minded
