Event Concept has an opportunity for a Midweight 3D Creative to join our team. In this role, reporting into our Head of Creative you’ll play a pivotal part in designing our event and agency productions.

**Who are you?**
- First and foremost, you are a passionate creative who lives and breathes both experiential and conceptual design and how it translates into reality through the creation of amazing, industry-leading live experiences.
- You have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role working within a brand activation, integrated, experiential, events, or other supplier/agency environment; evidenced by a strong portfolio with examples of relevant work, exhibiting strong design, and creative skills.
- You’re comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- You have solid knowledge and experience in SketchUp (Enscape advantage).
- You have good knowledge and experience in using Vectorworks to create floorplans.
- You are confident working creatively within brand or event style guidelines, translating them into live visual environments.
- You have experience in a range of event types and industry sectors.
- You’re entrepreneurial and independent, comfortable working efficiently and unsupervised in a busy environment.
- You’re imaginative, curious, and creative, actively seeking inspiration from the world of conceptual design, experience creation, and visual arts to ensure your designs are always finger-on-the-pulse.
- You’re calm and focused when working on multiple projects and able to deliver to deadlines efficiently.
- You’re confident in working independently on medium-sized projects and in tandem with a Creative Lead or Head of Creative on larger-scale projects.
- You’re comfortable briefing and liaising with creative specialists when required, whether in-house or freelance.
- Your creativity comes with an understanding of production, and you have knowledge of best design practices, methods, and materials both in the physical, technical and digital realms and are confident to ask for advice when needed from our production specialists.
- You’re approachable with a collaborative/team-player attitude.
- You’re able to take responsibility for your work, prioritise projects in an organised manner while managing expectations across teams, and be confident in asking for support from the senior members of the team when required.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- You have a working knowledge of, and competence with, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- It would be great if you’re able to produce beautiful hand drawings /sketches.

**Day to day you’ll be**:

- Working on end-to-end development of creative briefs, from concept to designing the physical manifestation in 3D, for a wide range of events and sectors, independently or alongside another creative.
- Ideating and creating conceptual mood boards to communicate design direction and look/feel to clients.
- Creating 3D Designs to answer client briefs - work ranging from anything to a conference stage set, an exhibition stand, a themed bar, or a photo opportunity.
- Use Vectorworks for space planning and a conversational tool between the creative department and production department.
- Create client-facing presentations that detail all creative touchpoints (Guest journey, look & feel, 3D design, furniture/prop selections, and floorplans.)
- Taking our 2030 Environmental Pledge and working with our clients to suggest and deliver sustainable concepts that wow.
- Supporting creative direction alongside any digital/content elements required, working closely with both in-house and freelance specialists.
- Ensuring all responses are on-brand, innovative and delivered on time.
- Driving innovation and a holistic approach to event design through integrated thinking which combines physical, technical, digital and visual elements across the board.
- Liaising with colleagues across the company, our production suppliers and other third parties, from initial idea to final delivery, to ensure that concepts are technically feasible and achievable within budget.
- Keeping informed about creative or technical innovation and sharing research and inspiration with colleagues.
- Confidently discussing and sharing ideas with colleagues at all levels within the business.
- Credibly presenting concepts and pitch responses both internally and in supporting presentations with clients.
