Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Payroll Assistant to work 25 hours Monday - Wednesday each week.
The Role:
- Processing and reconciling payroll transactions of 4-weekly & monthly paid employees.
- Calculation and submission of monthly PAYE/NI contributions.
- Producing analysis reports from the payroll.
- Record and process holidays, sickness, maternity etc.
- Processing of expenses claim payments.
- The management of the time & attendance system including flexi time reports and weekly fire lists.
- Reconciling Balance Sheets for PAYE, NI and Pension.
- Strong understanding of Excel.
- Working knowledge of various payroll systems specifically SAGE 50.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate solid experience of working in payroll throughout your career.
**Benefits**:
- Part time hours each wee. Working 25 hours Monday - Wednesday.
- Full time equivalent salary up to £25,200.
