**Children’s Residential Support Worker**

**Up to £26,00 per annum**

Looking to speak with people who have a support worker background with either adults or children, wanting to join **a 4 bedded service.** Working alongside an experienced team of support workers, team leaders and senior management staff

**Location**: Wythenshawe

**Duties**:

- Work in a residential care home for 4 young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours
- Work within the staff team to ensure the service offers **OFSTED** standard support
- To deliver the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care, within a caring, homely environment.
- Support in the community and at the residential care home
- Promote relationships between staff, young people and the community
- Domestic chores around the home such as cooking and cleaning

**Pay and hours**:

- **£24,040 - £26,068**
- Sleeps are paid at **£40**
- Shifts: 08:00 - 23:00 SLEEP 07:30 - 09:30
- Shifts: 08:00 - 23:00 OR 14:00 - 23:00
- Rota’s completed a month in advance
- **169 hours per month**
- **Full-time permanent position**

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a **similar support work setting**
- **Full UK Driving licence**
- Right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,040.00-£26,068.00 per year
