A Client Account Coordinator will be working on behalf DHL by reporting directly to British Airways (Client) to relay daily reporting and stats to the clients stake holders, you would be the main escalation for airside/landside operatives for any all potential failures whilst changeling any data that does not reflect a cabin cleaning department departure failure's

- Maintain a strong operational relationship with all Heathrow Airport Centre colleagues through clear communication channels during daily meetings
- Work closely with the Customer to ensure on time performance is sustained within the live cleaning operation's
- Ensure that customer complaints are investigated within set targets and corrective action and preventative action is implemented where applicable
- Compile a reporting log of all operational downtime, disruption incurred and monitor the agile British Airways operation alongside ours capturing all significant events
- Support the core Operational Airside Team in Terminal 5 providing feedback to the Allocation control of any British Airways operational challenges
- Monitor and react on changes in flight scheduling, aircraft changes and escalating this to the Airside allocations team
- Liaise with all stakeholders in the Heathrow Airport Censor (Stand Planning, Aircraft Movements, Critical services, other Airport services
