**Purpose of the Role**:
The role is vital to put our best foot forward to deliver our evolving CRM programme. Working closely with the CRM Operations Specialist and the wider CRM team, you will deliver automated customer journeys from concept through to execution. You will work with relevant functional teams across the Primark business and will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the Primark business. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and monitor existing automations, including delivering regular performance and health reporting - such as customer welcome journeys or transactional journeys linked to click and collect.
- Work with the CRM Operations Specialist in developing and iterating the future automations and data collection initiatives needed to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Prepare up-to-date reporting on both ongoing and future automations.
- Working with the centrally owned CRM channel calendar, create, test and launch automated customer journeys when furnished with a brief. This will be in collaboration with the CRM Campaigns Team and will scale up to align with the bigger picture of the overall CRM calendar.
- Support the CRM Operations Specialist in the Administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining documentation, setting up new users and providing training.
- Work with the Digital Tech & CRM Teams to ensure that End-to-End testing is completed across both communication channels and data capture activities, including UAT and validation of campaign components and configurations.
- Work with various partners on accelerations, trouble shooting and roll out of new functionalities.
- Collaborate with other business functions, as needed, to gather and document new and existing requirements while providing recommendations and suggestions for solutions.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years’ work experience, including relevant CRM/ Marketing Automation platform experience in consumer-facing environments
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working with data, and manipulating it to deliver our CRM journeys
- Detail-orientated/attention to detail; able to take responsibility for quality CRM automations
- Highly computer literate with: HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment; able to deliver solutions in face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements
- Have a keen interest in CRM and the technologies that enable it
- An infectious obsession with customer experience and desire to constantly improve our offer
- Open, collaborative communication style to build connected, balanced relationships
- Team player and goal oriented, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to think creatively and work independently to proactively solve problems.
