**Job Summary**
We are seeking an **freelance **entry level social media content creator to assist us in the production of professional Tiktoks and Instagram Reels for our brand accounts, with possibility to become **full time.** The role will be a mix of on-location content shooting, editing hours in our London coworking space & freedom to film or edit from home when possible.

Groundwork is a fast growing content agency operating in London and Los Angeles, where we support a wide variety of clients across multiple industries including ITV, CAA, Warner Music Group & dozens more. We offer creative production services at all levels from simple social content capture to comprehensive campaign activations and full production film shoots.

**Responsibilities**
- Our content creator will be tasked with ideating, filming & editing large quantities of Tiktoks, Instagram Reels and Youtube videos for our clients, with the ability to creatively capture sharp & clean iPhone or DSLR video in half or full day shoots, that can then be edited into as many as 50 content pieces.
- Our creator will have basic familiarity with production processes, including reading and dissecting content briefs, producing scripts and shot lists, and using industry standard software, particularly Capcut and Adobe Premiere Pro for editing.
- Our creator follows social media trends and can replicate styles and aesthetics provided in reference material.
- Our creator can work autonomously, efficiently directing onscreen talent, sourcing required materials or locations and making in-the-moment decisions to solve unexpected problems.
- When required, our creator will be able to produce content calendars, write captions and utlimately publish content to our client social channels.

**Requirements**:

- A basic understanding of video production beyond smartphone apps, such as manual camera settings, editing workflows
- Comfortable editing up to 20 (simple) assets per day.
- Finger on the pulse of social media trends
- Extreme organization - Our creator will be producing content in mass and must be able to create, learn & follow workflows with tools such as Google Sheet, CRM softwares, etc
- Ability to learn & work with more advanced equipment such as production lights, audio equipment, DSLR cameras, etc.
