**Responsibilities of the Management Accountant are**:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Reconciliation of company bank accounts
- Employee expenses
- Implementing corporate governance
- procedures, risk management and internal

- Ensuring compliance with all financial

- Dealing with accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare detailed annual budget breakdowns
- Ensuring all pre-payments and monthly
- accruals are calculated and posted on relevant
- systems
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Financial forecasting
- Cash flow planning
- Cost management
- Delivering day-to-day financial disciplines
- Investigating anomalies/resolving problems
- Implementation of an electronic expense system

**The requirements of the Management Accountant will be**:

- 3 + years of Management Accountant/Senior Accountant experience
- ACCA or ACA qualified
- Proficient knowledge of Sage Line 50
- Comprehensive knowledge of cash flow management and forecasting
- Ability to provide financial management advice to the board of directors
- Expert knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Able to deliver without direct supervision
- Confident communicator with the ability to Cost management
- Delivering day-to-day financial disciplines
- Investigating anomalies/resolving problems
- Implementation of an electronic expense system explains complex financial information in a logical and clear way
- Demonstrable experience in working under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for finance and its best practices

**Working Hours**:

- This is a Home-based Position
- 08:45 am - 17:30 pm

**In return for this Management Accountant role my clients are looking to offer**:

- A basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000
- £2,000 bonus payable in December
- Parking on sight (if you go into the office for the day)
- Recognition incentives
