**The Role**:
This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Construction Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Glasgow, with hybrid working in place.
The leading Construction team provide specialist advice on high-profile, multimillion-pound matters across numerous sectors such as energy, transport, infrastructure and hospitality.
As such, you will be given the freedom to specialise in contentious and/or non-contentious matters - depending on your preference, this could include drafting & negotiating construction contracts (NEC, JCT), guiding through all forms of ADR and litigation (including mediations & adjudications), advising procurement routes and liaising with civil authorities to obtain planning permission & approvals.
Your client base will be varied and feature both public and private parties such as contractors, developers, consultants, occupiers and local & central government.

- A qualified Construction Solicitor with 3 -5 years PQE
- Experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction work
