I am currently recruiting for a global organisation based in the centre of Cambridge. They are currently looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their expanding team. This is a full-time permanent role, with hybrid working. To be successful, youwill have experience in a similar role.

**Typical duties include**:

- Managing profit and loss reporting, both annually and monthly
- Overseeing the budget process, including presenting to management for sign off
- Providing finance support to the finance team and complete any ad-hoc tasks for management where necessary
- Providing financial insight to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and informative manner
- Working on key projects alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner and wider finance team
- Creating forecasts and highlighting any differentiations to the budget, and then make suitable recommendations to directors and stakeholders
- Setting the commission process and approve subsequent agent payments alongside the Sales Director

**You will have**:

- AAT or further accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced use of PowerPoint & Excel
