- Graduates within the planning discipline will work closely with our design, engineering, and management teams to conceptualise, plan, lead and deliver a diverse range of key multi-industry projects. The planning team are a core member of every project and programme team and work closely also with their cost, risk, change and commercial colleagues. Digital innovation is a key driver in how the planning discipline evolves and our planning team are right at the heart of this evolution in industry ways of working and technology adoption.
- Our projects come in different sizes and complexities, so you’ll have the opportunity to gain a large amount of experience.
- It doesn’t stop there. Our work spans a variety of sectors including environment and water, nuclear, oil and gas, property, transportation and advisory. The exposure you’ll receive from our multi-disciplinary projects will stand you in good stead for a flourishing career.
- To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months experience and have a degree or are expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines:

- Project Management
- Construction Management
- Engineering Discipline
- We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:

- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
