In your first few weeks in this Customer Service Advisor role, you can expect to:

- Support new customers through the learning curve of an umbrella company
- Resolve contractor relationships issues and complaints quickly, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Deal with complex and numerical information and check and update accounts
- Handle customer queries regarding pay and tax.
