Role Overview In joining this firm as an Associate in the Real Estate department, you will have well rounded commercialproperty experience, and experience of the following;
- residential development from acquisition to site set-up;
- conditional contracts;
- options;
- landlord and tenant;
- Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate;
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery; and
