This Internal Communications Manager role will report into the Head of Communications to lead on the delivery of all internal communications planning and output, from devising and implementing an internal communications plan to clearly communicating a widerange of news, from the firmsresponsible business agenda to project and operational updates.

This role calls for a true internal communications specialist - the firm has a good foundation in place but they are keen to bring someone in that will elevate their internal communications in a proactive and engaging way.

The remit of this Internal Communications Manager role will include:

- Developing and implementing the firm’s internal communications strategy
- Creating high quality written content to support firmwide initiatives
- Working with key internal stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on how best to communicate updates
- Supporting on key internal evens, from senior management briefings to live Q&A sessions
- Lead on project such as the production of the firms annual responsible business report
- 5+ years experience in a communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills and experience
- High levels of commercial acumen
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good levels of organisation and planning skills
- An innovative and creative approach with the ability to generate new ideas
