This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Delivery Business Partner to work in partnership with one of Gattaca's prestigious Aerospace clients based in Southampton.

**The Position**:
This position involves building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and to facilitate the recruitment process through self-proactive search, as well as that provided by the internal delivery team.

As this is a cross-functional role, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to work across different teams, in different environments, and coach other members of the team to achieve improved results for the Group and the Client.

Proven recruitment experience, preferably within an Engineering or Manufacturing sector, is an essential requirement for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working in partnership with the Client, engaging with Hiring Managers and developing a thorough understanding of all recruitment requirements.
- Support more junior Delivery Consultants to develop into their role through at-desk coaching, as and when required.

**The Location**:
Gattaca's HQ- Whiteley. We operate a hybrid model of work, which means you can have the flexibility to work both from home and from office. This role requires someone to be onsite with our client 1 day a week, five minutes from our Whiteley office.
