We are recruiting on behalf of a growing insurance broker that strives to protect as many families as possible and offer various types of life cover for a lead generator.

With no cold calling involved, you will be contacting existing customers for the internal database to arrange callbacks from the sales team

**What you’ll need**:

- Previous experience is not necessary but familiarity with making outbound calls is a distinct advantage
- Target driven and motivated by earning potential
- Strong communication and time management skills

**What you’ll get**:

- Basic salary of £21,000 OTE £26,000 plus
- Uncapped commission
- Monday to Friday 09:15 - 18:00
- A friendly, relaxed working environment
- Free onsite parking in a town center location
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

This role would suit a Sales Executive, Customer Service, Telesales Advisor, or Sales Consultant with experience making outbound calls
