**Role Title**:
Head of Change

**Key Points**:

- The Head of Change role is an orchestration and enablement role to design, execute and lead multiple teams to deliver organisational change over a 3-5 year period in line with the agreed Target Operating Model.
- The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to create and deliver an integrated Transformation Programme plan across Operational, People, Process, Data and Technology teams.
- This individual will work on the client's highest strategic priorities and have significant exposure to the executive team where they will interact, influence, challenge and collaborate with senior stakeholders across platforms, functions and business units.

**The Role**:

- Translate the client's strategy into a Transformation Programme (i.e. the key initiatives to be delivered)
- Supporting Business Transformation Leads in defining initiative scope and objectives, KPIs (operational and financial) and in setting up the execution plan (interdependencies, key milestones, resource needs etc.)
- Ensuring execution certainty through the identification of risks, assessment of options on how to mitigate risks, tracking of progress (forward-looking rather than missed deadlines) and prioritising issues for Sponsor resolution
- Utilise change management principles, processes and tools to focus on driving financial, operational, colleague and customer results in line with the agreed Business Plan.
- Design the change strategy, assess stakeholder impacts and organisational readiness, recommend and/or implement appropriate communication, training, and behavioural change solutions, and measure effectiveness to enhance organisation, group, and individualperformance.
- Facilitating executive meetings for decision making, ensuring meetings are supported by the right fact-based, that the decisions and trade-offs are clearly articulated and that the decisions are clearly documented and followed through to implementation
- Supporting any detailed analysis that will enable decision making of key stakeholders
- Responsible for reviewing and presenting Business Cases to senior leadership for approval and then ensuring the proposed value is realised and tracked
- Helping with resourcing of transformational projects across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programmes

**General Accountabilities**:

- Maintain big picture focus and delivery whilst managing the depth across key areas of transformation
- Strong stakeholder management across the breadth of the business at the Exec and senior leadership level
- Conduct the role in accordance with the values and behaviours set out in Group policy

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
**Essential**:

- Extensive experience in managing transformational change in large organisations
- Qualified in change management practices
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong leadership skills able to lead both direct and matrix teams across the business
- Strong commercial acumen, able to develop and manage complex business cases
- Has reached senior manager level or equivalent in consulting/industry
- Distinctive analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS products
- Good knowledge of financial reports and ability to quickly identify value drivers

**Desirable**:

- Educated to a degree or higher
- Previous technology industry / ERP / transformation experience advantageous

**Job Offer**:

- Salary up to £130,000 per annum.
- Bonus entitlement on short and long term plans worth 105%.
