Our Prestigious and progressive Client is a well-established Legal Practice looking for Associates / Senior Associates with strong technical backgrounds, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join an expanding Corporate and Commercial team which typically deals in high value corporate transactions with growth in M&A transactions.

**Relevant experience required below**:

- M&A Transactions
- Corporate Transactions
- Insurance Industry knowledge
- Corporate Lending
- You must have a minimum of 2 year’s PQE for our Associate roles and 5 year’s pqe for our Senior Associate roles.

You will be involved in a broad range of work and will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions including management buyouts and company re-structuring, be proficient in all CompaniesAct related matters and have experience in drafting shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and other types of business agreements. Willing to support the wider team in more general commercial drafting and advisory work.

You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills.

You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
