Our client is a successful international media agency, working with many global brands.

**THE ROLE**
For a 6 week / freelance contract, they wish to recruit an Italian speaking Social Media Content Creators, to work for their client from the online music streaming sector.

You might just be starting out but you’re full of ideas and you get a kick out of bringing those ideas to life. You’re someone who spends far too much time on TikTok. You make memes. You’re just as happy shooting on your phone as you are with a DSLR. Youknow your way around Adobe Premiere, even if you’re not an expert yet. You’re hilarious, even if you do say so yourself. You like to work fast and at the speed of culture. You have more followers than your friends (just sayin’). You ask questions, you arecurious, you take direction well, and are eager to learn. But most importantly, you absolutely love the internet and have your finger on the pulse of pop culture more broadly.
Your day-to-day work will include working alongside the rest of the Creative team to come up with and create engaging social content for use across multiple platforms, at times picking up a camera and making the content yourself or even appearing in front ofcamera, if that’s something you enjoy. The kinds of briefs you’ll be working on could range from developing a new episodic video content franchise to coming up with a super quick-turnaround meme or Reel in response to a trending pop cultural moment. If youhave a passion for music and social storytelling, this will be a great role for you.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- To develop original creative concepts with the support of the rest of the Creative team, taking on board feedback in a positive way.
- To create a wide range of content/assets that support the brand (short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, memes and more)
- To reimagine existing assets in new and engaging ways.
- To participate in daily 'newsroom’ sessions to come up with quick-turnaround reactive ideas in response to the pop culture news of the day.
- To interview talent and appear on camera in content, where relevant and if comfortable

**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Fluent Italian and English is essential
- An understanding and passion for social media
- A love for music and pop culture
- A bottomless (near-bottomless also accepted) pit of awesome ideas
- The ability to communicate ideas in a clear and engaging way
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere and After Effects
- A good eye for design
- Comfortable shooting video/stills using either a phone or DSLR camera
- The ability to collaborate across internal teams
- Strong understanding of social media content best practices
- Commitment to learning — asking questions when something isn’t clear, being open to learning, and eager to collaborate
