**Job Purpose**

You will be carrying out various administration duties in support of the Commercial Waste Administrators and Coordinator. The role involves working and contributing towards a highly customer focused environment where organisation, attention to details, time management is critical and a highly professional customer service approach. Have a proactive attitude and be able to use own initiative with problem solving.

**Job Duties**
- Liaising and coordinating between driving staff and office staff
- Maintaining an accurate filing & archiving system.
- Data entry of Commercial Waste Drivers daily rounds, and insuring data is accurate with good attention to detail
- Other administration duties to aid the support of the team when necessary
- Arranging meetings and providing admin support
- Supporting Briefing/debriefing the Commercial Waste driving team on work schedules in times of holiday cover
- Maintaining a detailed spreadsheet of bin round issues, sign off jobs accurately

**EXPERIENCE**

Essential:

- Minimum 1-year experience in an administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role

Desirable:

- Waste Experience

**SKILLS**

Essential:

- Customer service
- Communication
- MS Office

**QUALIFICATONS**

Essential:

- Maths & English GCSE or equivalent

**KNOWLEDGE**

Desirable:

- Knowledge of reporting and Analysing
