**Service Delivery Executive**
Full time office role, based in Thurrock, Essex
4 on, 4 off night shifts, 6pm - 6am.

**Role**:
The Service Delivery Executive role supports the sales and finance process flows within the Downstream sector of the Group whilst providing a good level of customer service and maintaining strong intercompany relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the Mass Movement invoicing process for the Refinery, working closely with the Finance team on Securitisation requirements and deadlines
- Assist with the day-to-day Refinery Back Office functions, including various tasks such aso Daily system checks, stock movements and reconciliations
- Ad-hoc admin, order processing and reporting
- Support SAP functionality and change requirements as necessary
- Month end processes and reporting as required by the Refinery and Finance teams
- Support and cover as necessary, across the department.

**Skills/Experience**:

- They should be able to work on their own initiative, in a fast-paced environment, showing solid teamworking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strongly customer orientated with excellent communication, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, with special focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Strong SAP R3 experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift

Work Location: One location
