**Main Duties of a Production Operative**
- Your key responsibility will be assisting in the manufacture and quality control of a variety of products
- You will ensure that specification and job instructions have been met at all times
- Keeping quality through internal systems and processes
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Your role will be varied and you will be trained in a variety of departments including operating machines, picking, packing, shipping and more
- Full training will be provided

- A team worker with a flexible approach, can-do attitude, and good communication skills
- Basic level of IT numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing an open to learning new things
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work under pressure and to hard deadlines
- A dynamic and flexible attitude and can solve problems
- Warehouse experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

- Additional hours may be available but purely voluntary. Working in excess of 38 hours per week any additional hours will be paid at time and a quarter. Saturday overtime will be paid at time and a half and Sundays at double time._
