Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring a strong quality culture within the business aswell as leadership of QMS and NCR processes. Training quality personnel when required.**
**Quality Manager**
- Managing the businesses compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards. This will include facilitating audits with the appropriate certification bodies.
- Managing the NCR (Non-conformance report) process
- Overall responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Process owner for internal 6S and process auditing. Ensuring audits are up to date and auditors are trained correctly
- Working closely with customer concerns making sure they’re recorded, reported and rectified upon appropriate timescales
- Responsible for signing of internal Factory Acceptance Tests confirming the products/systems are in-line with customer requirements
- Involved in supplier quality performance reviews.

**Quality Manager**
**Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications**:

- Must have experience leading a quality department/team
- Must have experience auditing/maintaining ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards

**Quality Manager**
**Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications**:

- Subsea/Robotics systems experience.
- Electro-mechanical manufacturing experience
