The **Quality Compliance and Risk Officer** role is responsible for leading on quality management, ensuring effective risk management and best practice across the full range of services provided by this organisation.

**Duties include**:

- Ensuring that external ISO certifications are achieved, maintained, and renewed.
- Liaising with both Internal and External Audit teams, actioning issues raised efficiently and effectively.
- Developing and leading internal audit and review programmes across the business.
- Producing relevant KPIs, gap analyses and root cause analyses to monitor and measure performance.
- Working with service managers to prepare for and respond to prospective business changes proactively and positively.
- Coordinating and leading risk management processes and monitoring across the business.
- Relevant Level 4 qualifications, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience leading quality improvement and certification projects.
- Experience of best practice, quality, risk management, information security, and business continuity management.
- Experience of process reviews and successful change management.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills across multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Strong data collection, analytical and report writing skills.
- Confidence constructively challenging the status quo to investigate opportunities for change and improvement.
- Communication skills that excel at every level and across disciplines.
- Solid IT skills, particularly the MS Office suite.
- Good knowledge of relevant certifications, including but not limited to ISOs 9001/14001/22301/27001/31000.
