Our clients are a well-established engineering consultancy partnership operating across the whole of the United Kingdom. They are looking for a Civils Design Engineer to join their growing team in Somerset.

**As a Civil Design Engineer your role will involve**:

- Working on projects ranging from small infrastructure condition appraisals to major strategic transport projects
- Design of infrastructure for commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors including SUDS drainage systems, and roads to adoptable standards
- Willing to attend design meetings, site meetings and carry out site inspections
- Work on projects with consideration to the agreed project budgetary limits
- Liaise and communicate clearly in a professional manner to colleagues, clients, contractors, and other designers

**To be considered for the Civil Design Engineer role you must have**:

- A degree in Civil Design
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Design Engineer
- Micro drainage and PDS experience
- Knowledge of S38, S278 and S104

**Our client is offering the successful Civil Design Engineer**
