**Overview of the Role**
Our successful Marketing Assistant would be a natural people person with exceptional communication skills and a forward thinking positive attitude. This exciting role will give the successful individual the platform to perform a key role within the Societyand develop professionally and personally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for all Marketing queries from branches, operations or external contacts.
- Collate and circulate all required internal communications to all branches, suppliers, and other business units.
- Work closely with the Campaign Managers to coordinate the availability of all posters and literature for branches.
- Receive, log and distribute any relevant articles from the press cuttings service to key individuals around the Society.
- Monitor our social media channels, uploading content, updates and managing replies where needed.
- Work with the rest of the Marketing Team to coordinate branch events, AGM, member events and other branch based promotions.
- Social Media champion, working with the team, business and branches to gather and publish relevant and engaging content.
- Design, build and complete project work, as required
- Manage promotional goods for B2C and B2B purposes.
- Reporting on website traffic and population of reports as requested by the business.

This is a permanent role; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week.
