**Contracts Manager - £30K - East Sussex**

**Permanent / Hybrid role**

This well-established travel business is looking for someone to join them to manage the sourcing of suppliers within a designated geographical area.

**Contracts Manager - What will I be doing?**
- Identify and source suitable suppliers and products / services
- Negotiate market leading rates or exclusive deals with key suppliers
- Ensure all suppliers are re-contracted as appropriate within set deadlines
- Monitor performance of your geographical areas of responsibility
- Ensure all suppliers adhere to robust health and safety policies and SLA's
- Work with pricing & sales teams to maximise sales and profit growth

**Contracts Manager - What experience do I need?**
- Experience working as either a junior buyer, senior purchasing executive, contracts executive or commercial role (2 years desirable)
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in a busy environment, demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Evidence of multitasking whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers

**Contracts Manager - what else do I need to know?**

This role requires someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction and driven to create successful long-term commercial supplier relationships. They have lovely offices on the Sussex Coast and for the first 3 months it is essential that you work fulltime from these offices - after 3 months the role will be hybrid.
