**About the role**
We are looking for a therapy assistant to join our Clinical Hub working as a key integrated member of our clinical and education team at our brand-new Castle Garden School in Guildford.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the onsite clinicians by being an integral part of the multidisciplinary team. Our onsite clinical team will consist of occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and psychotherapy. Under the supervision of a clinician, you will work both independently and jointly with other professionals to deliver; 1:1, group and whole school interventions for our Autistic children and young people. You will also be responsible for the administration duties of the clinical team.

Essential Criteria:
- Experience working as a therapy assistant or in a similar role would be advantageous
- Experience of working within an educational setting would be advantageous
- Skilled in working as part of a team
- Knowledge and understanding of working with Autistic children and young people
- Ability to carry out both 1:1 and group sessions under supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, complex, technical and clinically sensitive information to the specific client group, their carers and families and a wide range of professionals outside the service
- Excellent organisational skills and experience completing administration tasks for a team would be advantageous
