Employment Solcitor

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a leading law firm based in St Albans and London on their search for a junior employment solicitor.

Ranked as tier 1 in the Legal 500, the employment team provides a wide range of advice to their clients that are typically employers or senior-level employees. The team specialises in providing advice to multinational companies, SME’s and owner-managed businessesfrom retail, leisure and recruitment sectors among others.

The team now seeks an ambitious junior solicitor (ideally 2 - 3 years PQE) to join and assist the team. You will have responsibility for your own caseload and be able to work alongside the team's Partners on more complex matters.

The role will involve supporting lawyers across my clients St Albans and London office.

Required attributes:

- Qualified lawyer up to 3 years PQE
- Strong academics
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law
- Broad employment law experience across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters
- Experience in advising on the employment law considerations of corporate transactions is beneficial.
- Experience working on Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation is desirable
