**Job Type Full Time - Permanent**
**Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (Some additional hours as required with international time zones)**
**Salary £26,000**
My client, based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Administrator to join their lively and busy team. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks and play a key part in helping to keep all departments running smoothly. This busy and rewarding role would suit a pro-active individual who learns quickly and has the ability to get things done in a fast-moving environment.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Planning, organisation and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always achieved and put first- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude- Enjoy working in a busy environment- Confident and professional communication skills- Attention to detail- Good computer skills- Professional development aspirations- Shipping and export experience would be desirable ( training will also be provided)Responsible for:
- Manage customer areas, including refreshments and promotional materials- Coordinate suppliers and act as the main contact for any works at HQ- Organise and receive deliveries, maintenance, and suppliers- Manage shipping as required nationally and internationally (Training will be provided)- Act as the contact for external IT company dealing with any issues, equipment, and phone systems- Maintenance and support of Smart Rooms (training will be provided)- Coordinate all employee requirements such as keys, corporate clothing, first aid training and maintain company information documents- Monitor and maintain various stock levels ensuring cost effective purchasing and in line with our sustainability policy- Tracking technical resource activity sheets-
