Trainee Estimator

We are seeking a Trainee Estimator to assist with the day-to-day running of our building and renovation company. You will be based in our small, friendly office where you will mainly be involved with carrying out the following tasks:

- Assisting with the running of current projects (commercial and domestic)
- Assisting with new business enquiries
- Reading project documents including technical drawings
- Liaising with structural engineer, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Obtaining supplier quotes and sourcing good quality materials and reliable services at competitive prices

**Basic knowledge of the construction industry is essential**

You will play a key part in ensuring that we deliver the quality that Change It clients have come to expect.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Warwick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
