KM4Talent are looking for a Sales Analyst to join their growing communications client in Hertfordshire. You will support the business in the management and delivery of reporting information. You will enjoy working with numbers and be able to interpret salesmetrics and be able to explain key trends and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce weekly / monthly KPIs analysing sales performance by person, by product and by category
- Monitor sales trends and advise methods for sales process improvement / automation
- Help integrate new acquisitions to work in the Clients ‘way’
- Ensure information in the CRM system is up to date and accurate
- Work with the Sales Team to ensure they are supported in getting deals over the line
- Work with the Finance Team to deliver monthly commissions

**Skills**:

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Previous sales / sales analytics experience is desirable
- Someone who enjoys working with numbers and data is a must
- Good analytical and multitasking skills
- Experience of dealing with CRM systems
- Go getting attitude and hunger to develop
- Good level of resilience
