The position will involve developing opportunities in the Middleton area by networking and identifying additional services for existing clients throughout the department.
There will be opportunities for progression but must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
**Job role**
Working within a busy office, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

- Experience in dealing with Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- To provide a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to our clients
- Working as part of a team dealing with elderly clients and grieving families
- Attending nursing homes and at the private homes of elderly clients
- To effectively maintain and housekeep the case management system
- Networking and developing services for clients in the Middleton area.

**Skills Required**:

- Good presentation and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Friendly and professional manner
- Empathy with clients
- Outgoing personality and ability to adapt to people with disabilities
- Networking skills and the skills to build a team
