**Benefits**:

Salary of £16640
5 Weeks Holiday from beginning of August; plus a week at Christmas; all bank holidays
- What You'll Do:

- Provide exceptional front of house service
- Act as an ambassador to the company insuring you have a full understanding of the organisational structure and knowledge of the resources and services the program provides and responding to or redirecting queries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance of the front desk and be well presented yourself
- Conduct patrols while on shift
- Manage the telephone and switchboard
- Manage the post and all deliveries coming in and going out during your shift
- Keep students, faculty, staff, guests and renters informed and up-to-date about communications logistics
- Manage all complaints via the procedure in place
- Check in and out all visitors to the University
- Conduct or receive a full handover at the beginning and end of your shift
- Who You'll Be:

- Educate to degree level or have relevant experience in a related field
- Have customer service or hospitality experience
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Be professional and well presented
